Business of foreign persons via a branch of a business

Business of foreign persons through a registered branch Abstract The thesis presents a description and analysis of legal aspects related to the issue of business of foreign persons through a registered branch and identifies related problems, either those purely at the level of legal theory or those that occur in practice. The knowledge gained through the description and analysis is then used to make a comparison between the business of a foreign person through a registered branch and the business of a foreign person through an ownership interest in a limited liability company. In the first part of the thesis, the definition of basic terms is first performed, especially of the term foreign person. Furthermore, this part of the thesis describes a valid legal regulation of conditions of business of foreign persons in the Czech Republic according to public law regulations, with a focus on foreign legal persons. In the last chapter of the first part of the thesis selected ways of doing business of foreign persons in the Czech Republic are presented, especially with the aim of introducing these ways of doing business as alternatives to doing business through a registered branch. Entrance of entrepreneur on foreign market

The theme of the thesis is the entrance of entrepreneur on foreign market, specifically to the Czech Republic and France. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the legal conditions and the possibility of enterance the entrepreneur as a foreign person into the Czech and French market. The first chapter describes the development of mutual trade between the Czech Republic and France. The second chapter is devoted to the characteristics of systems and legal business conditions in those countries. The most important chapter is the third chapter, which describes the various forms of entrepreneurship of foreign persons in the Czech Republic and France.

The objective of my work was to describe trade business in the Czech Republic. At first I focused on the definitions of the basic conceptions according to The Trades Licensing Act, also what sections this Act has and which relationships are regulated by the Act. Next I featured conditions of trade business for the foreign persons in the Czech Repubilc, especially I described which documents have to be offered by the foreign persons and which requirements have to be met in order to get trade licence. In conclusion I mentioned the statistical datas about the foreign persons carrieng trade business in the Czech Republic
